- Well they try, although they don't do a very good job. I think they're running a little scared right now. Craft brews are surging.
- WTF is up with these macro beer companies? You think they could at least make ONE good beer. I resent shock top/blue moon and every other macro beer company that's attempting to get into the craft beer rush.
- Ommegang is pricey, but one of the few breweries that are (usually) worth it.
- Never tried that, It looked overpriced for a Shock Top brew. Maybe if I could have got it as a single.

- Shock Top does not make good beers. I think we can agree on that.
- It's a horrible beer. "India pale ale has India in the title, so let's put an Indian spice in it" . . If someone told you that you like Shocktop beers and you believed them, then you will love this. . .
- It was bottled i January of this year, possibly expired anyway. They use the Julian system to date their bottles.
- I didn't notice the astringency, although it might be there when fresher. This was bottled in January.

- I'll agree, but it's occasionally necessary to drink something like this in order to really appreciate the good ones.

- I've not tried very many Saranacs, but I did try their IPA. Definitely better & hoppter than this.
- That beer in no way shape or form should be labeled an IPA !!! Most American Craft Pale Ales have way more hops !!! Now I would rather drink that over most Bud products and over a Blue Moon or regular Shock Top. The only other wheat IPA I have tried is Saranacs White IPA. Saranacs has some real hop flavor and I enjoyed it much more !!!
