- Bro, why you are using soooo much time and energy to husk skin of oat? It's much more easy to use natural wind to blow up oat skin a way.. and oat use it gravity. just go outside and drop a pound of oat from 6feet up and you will see oat at the bottom and skin fly a way.. then you collect oat. Aslo you can watch video on youtube how people husk rice traditional way in Bangladesh.
