- I really enjoyed watching your video on Millet it was very informative. I use millet all the time as I thought my youngest had a wheat and gluten intolerance which she doesn't but it's a nice alternative and good for the diet. I buy the flakes and make porridge for my girls of just buy it whole and use it as an alternative to rice if I have any left over I use it to make stir fry with veg and or veggie substitutes and I also make a millet loaf as well which is delicious. Thanks for the video peace.
- Hey, something else I would like to add about millet, its a nitriloside food which is highly important in your diet too, take a look and please do some research on nitrilosides, AKA B17, leatrile or amigdalin, theres a reason why cultured foods are no longer in our sights, enjoy :-).

- Thank you so much for the informative upload!  This morning I tried to make millet flat bread for the first time in my life, I mixed some millet flour with flex seed flour and tapioca starch and sea salt with little warm water and it formed a hard dough, I divided it to 5 sections and flatted the desks with the roller and used a hot pan to cook them. I am happy with the result it wasn't bad.
