Minecraft: Easiest Automatic Sugarcane Farm! [1.16-1.17]

- Tested in 1.17 and it still works!
- Could a switced set of dispensers bonemeal the sugarcane? That would be epic...update- I have dispensers under the pistons fed by a button to drop bonemeal. Only pays 12 sugarcanes considering I have 12 pistons, but 2/3 of the outside of my village are 10 wide waterslides dropping into 3x3 campfires (2 sets) and I collect bones, flesh, arrows, string, leather, etc. And I have a skeleton farm, so bonemeal for days. I'll let y'all know if I get around to a video of my base. It rules...even raids are too easy.

- my sugarcane is not stored in chest instead it is stored in hopper any suggestions???
- My farm doesnt always push the sugarcane into the hoppers

- If anyone's curious about how to fix the problem where it gets caught on the dirt and doesn't go into the hoppers, I have a solution (which I call baby's first redstone bc I'm a beginner lol) I moved the storage system underneath and used hoppers in minecarts to pull it through the ground. I then placed the glass wall flush against the sugar cane so it all falls on the dirt directly underneath to get sucked into storage underground. Sorry if this is hard to read it's midnight and I'm super excited about it lmao
- is sugar cane supose to be growing but slow?
- You can also just use one observer in the row if you really want to save on resources, shouldn't make that much of a difference on how often it fires
- if u dont have enough hoppers then u can keep water flowing to the hopper connected to the chest

- how can i add more storage, simply a chest facing every hopper then?
- I tested the hopper system and it works, I placed a block Infront of one of the observer and it also works to but 1 problem the sugarcane won't grow everything else works I placed it on grass, and put water next to it but it won't grow unless I bone meal it

- Why my sugar cane not growing up?
- I built this recently and when the cane grows the pistons don't extend and I have to use a lever . I'm on 1.17 and bedrock yet i can't see the problem
- the piston push forward once i put red stone dust behind it and not coming backward, do i did it wrong? Any advice?
