- With practically any grain I am aware that a fermenting process is preferred when making bread, wether it'd be a fluffy western bread or a flat african one. I have yet to find a video where they ferment sorghum/Jowar for making flatbread. Why is this? Can I maybe have some light on this matter?

- awesome.  lol.  i love it.  btw, what kind of plastic thing is this that was used? it was nice cause the dough didn't stick to it.  It's not cling wrap i'm sure. so what can we use ?

- @IGI567890: I think you have rolled the roti too thin. it is very tough to make this roti. I make it using my hand. Use realy realy hot water and knead the dough very well.. and these roti dough need not to be made and kept aside then and there itself you have to prep the dough and prep the rotis.
