- I rarely eat bread nowadays, but when I do I enjoy a couple of slices of Ezekiel 4.9 bread toasted with bacon & googy dippy egg! Delicious treat lol!!

As most people that go on low carb diets, they tend to get moody and irritated. I usually stick to sweet potato, fruits, veggies for my carb source. But whenever I eat carbohydrates,such as bread, crackers etc. my mood swings kick in! I'm irritated all day! why is this?
- Flax seed/chia seed breads/crackers and cauliflower/zucchini breads are freaking amazing :-) I totally agree that we don't need processed carbs in our life. The less you eat them, the less we need/miss them :-) I agree with appetite and processed carbs :-) Great video!
