- "EZ Vegan" also fries the patties instead of bake. Will the patties be good ? I used the cap of one large portobello mushroom for your recipe. I am looking for no beans and less flour burger recipes.
- I followed your recipe pretty close. I added 2 c mushrooms chopped in processor to the onion and garlic fry. Patties come dark like meat. i am diabetic. Why so much flour? Do a variation on "EZ Vegan millet grain burgers" video recipe. There are no veggies but only 2 T of flour.

- ok I just found it. I enjoy using millet too. Its a wonderful grain that god made. I gave it to someone in a nursing home and her daughter kept bringing her more and she went home to live on her own. isnt that great. then I saw her on the street some months later and asked her if she's still eats millet, and she looked me straight in the eye and said "are you kidding I think that thing saved y life".
- I dont know the measurements of each item can you share how much cooked millet, and the spices and the millet flour please? It looks delicious.
