- Turns out that white rice with enriched nutrients can be healthier than brown rice. The diabetes thing was like 16% or some very insignificant statistic. Y'all can eat white rice again or Bulgur/Barley/Wild-Rice for protein. I can't believe people were really under the belief that white rice and white bread was the problem, it wasn't.
