First Day of Corn Harvest!{

After an ugly soybean yield, I'm looking forward to seeing what the corn will do. Both the beans & corn got hit pretty hard by the wind. On the 2.5 acres, we did today, the yield seemed really promising. Hope the whole field can average that! Also, I got the fan speed finally fixed! Before, I could.

First Day of Corn Harvest!

- And you cut beans.
- OK you don’t pick corn you shell corn.
Tu sobie zobacz Banery reklamowe Lublin jak pomoglem, to spoko. - love the vids!:) You always make me dream about my own farm that i wanna start.:) A little question:Where is your elevator located?
- Dude you’re pure happiness makes me love life
- Not sure how far u are from the co-op but you can tow in a light wagon with ur truck. Save some wear on tractor tires… they are expensive.
- GRANT ITS SHELLING CERN
- We have problems with chaff getting in our actuator, just blow it out and tap it a little with a hammer and it will free up.
- Great video enjoy watching keep the great work
- the most IMPORTANT setting, is to make double damn sure, that cob defector is down for the corn, those things will destroy your chaffer in nothing flat!
- Don’t use brake cleen on paint
- Use grain bags
- Nice
- Dumb question. Ha. This looks like it turns the corn and cob to grain? How are the full ears picked?
- hell yaeh looking fower grant makes wish i can do that sto some i will
- This is really cool to watch. Thank you for sharing it.
- Hey Grant, when your combining that down corn, increase your head speed. You can still slow the combine down, but increase the real speed. You won’t plug the head so much. Another thing, when your going slower with the combine, and and if the stocks are just a little wet, remember, normally the combine head pulls the corn cobb off the stock. So when the stocks are wet, it’ll plug up faster! Thank you for letting us watch you farm! Also, I hope you know, I don’t want you to think I’m criticizing. Hopefully it’s constructive, it’ll help in the rest of your harvest, for years to come! It’s just a few ideas! Once again, thank you, Spencer, and your family for letting us all watch, and be part of your family!… When I was little, and my Grandma past away, I begged my mom & dad to let me take over her farm. It was over a half section, and the best ground in that area. Well, the rest of my mom’s brothers & sisters chose to sell the land instead. I Loved her farm, spent lots of Summers there, with my oldest sister! Anyways, thank you all.

P.S. I hope and pray you do a video with all the numbers. Bushels per acre for beans and corn, maybe even your running costs. I don’t think it’d be a great Idea to say how much you made or lost. I could see a certain political party use the YouTube videos to go after ya. Imagine, if they want to know about 600.00’s, I can’t imagine what they’d do with your numbers, if they didn’t match up to their numbers! I’d bet they’d charge people with tax evasion. And No, I’m not saying that about you, I’m saying if they start doing it for 600.00, they would use the tax evasion to destroy people! We see how they lie, oh, we’d never mandate masks or the vaccines, instead we’ll make companies make the mandate! Grrrrrrrrrrrrr, this party is Wicked Evil! God Bless

Are ya selling anything like shirts, you may want too!
- What was your first truck
- one of our tractors interior was coming off so we put screws with washers and had no problems
- Just heads up idk if you did this but when you test moisture id take a round or 2 through middle of field and test that. the headlands are not good to go off of. but i love watching you and to see someone as determined as you are to figure out farming
- Use a needle and fabric glue for the headliner
