- Are weetabix healthy?
- Grains need to be processed for us to digest them. Old fashioned oats, steel cut oats, these have all been processed.
fish for breakfast? Why not eggs and fruit?
- I was having fish and veg for breakfast, but I couldn't adapt to having an appetite for it in the morning

I've become fed up of eating really well and getting no results.

I'm just going to have a healthy cereal (I'm calling it healthy) like the rest of the crowd.
Who's got time to cook in the morning? Not me!
- i like it. very importanat. thanks
- what about bran loops?
- My favorite cereal are golden grahams and cheerios (plain).

wow, I never knew how to make the connection between glucose and grains.

now I know not to feed my daughter those things.

shes so little  how to get her to eat those things and aquire a taste for them with. so much temptation to eat processed food from peers etc
- what about organic cereal??? i buy organic food for my family but my 4 year old still wants cereal sometimes so i have been buying organic cereal is that ok?
- Great Information, thank you!

I have almost ruined myself by dieting in order to reduce weight and my family was very worried, because i use to gain and loose weight abruptly.

Luckily, I started using this "How To Eat" mobile app by lokesh which made me eat the right foods and in right way and using a game like points etc.and made it funny!

now, i have reduce weight in a clean way.
- I usually eat,all bran, frosted shredded wheat, raisin bran, thought it was somewhat healthy, guess i will start eating more vegetables and lean meats for breakfast .
- Too right. Cold cereals are like cake... Sweet, no real nutritional value, highly processed, not a real food. I gave up cold cereals many years ago.
- I have been eating the same cereal for over 6 months now. It's called Kiggins whole wheat bran flakes and I love them.Adding this cereal to my diet has helped me lose close to 70lbs.
- Eggs and vegetables-  Veggies usually frozen and microwaved. I feel its good because its high in protein and fiber also low in calories and provides all essential  amino acids right?
- hello!! first of all i would like to thank you for your videos, im from mexico and i am learning quite a lot!
my question is, everyday i have for breakast some natural oatmeal with honey and banana...the thing is, that every morning i put in the microwave, instead of the stove (i hate cleaning up the mess that it makes) and i love the practical of microwaving it, like, you put it and in 3 minutes you have it done. but im not really sure if im killing the nutrients or something?
it might sound stupid but, does it really makes a  big difference?
thank you!
- bulk is ruined
- What about having a balanced diet? He talks of sugar and flour as if its the devil and slowly killing off everyone? Ive understood that you need everything to be healthy, EVERYTHING in moderation??
- BOLLOX
- IN MY GRANDPARENT'S TIME THE ONLY TWO PRESERVATIVES WERE ICE AND SEA SALT. BACK THEN, THERE WEREN'T THAT MANY DECEASES. THANK YOU. GREAT INFORMATIVE VIDEO AND NICE LEGS.
- Most of my breakfast meals are leftovers from yesterdays lunch .. All people laugh at me lol buti always beleive that eating a healthy meal is much more important than considiring whats usual for breakfast and what is not .. I eat meat , chicken and rice and dont care
- I am somewhat alarmed by this Dr's statement that the brain doesn't need glucose. It is what the brain lives on. Do some research on diabetes and you will find a common complication of low glucose is coma - leading to death. There is some good information here, but the claims about the body burning ketones as the best energy source is questionable. I agree with the claims of eating food in its natural state which essentially what is being said here. But please do some research of your own
- Its really simple. Eat fruits & veggies for breakfast and you'll get plenty of fiber without all the bulk of grains, plus far more vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals. Make produce 90% of what you eat and you will be healthy and thin your whole 95-year-life.
