- calories make you gain weight and at the end of the day all cearial have low calories compared to other breakfast, so if you want to watch you're weight all cereals are good.
- when it comes to calories none of these cereals are bad. I have fruit loops every morning, I only watch calories and cearial no matter the kind usually has no 130 to 160 calories. that's all that matters to me.

- I stop eating cereal cold turkey I replaced it with red mills extra thick rolled oats I add soy or almond milk I add fruit or trail mix and eat it like cereal I can't stand the texter of oats when cooked or left over night and with this i can only eat a half cup or 1 cup depending on how I mix it but with store brought cereal I would eat 2 large bowls and was never satifide it was annoying

- All breakfast cereals are not good for you. Grain is for lazy dumb folk who can't be bothered to cook free range eggs and organic bacon.

- Guys. lost a ton of weight does not need to be hard (I used to think it did). I'm going to give you some tips now. Get a popular diet plan program called Fenoboci Diet Plan (google search it). Thanks to it I have lost lots of weight. I shouldn't even be talking about it cause I do not really want lots of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever. I'm just simply in a excellent mood today so I'll share the wealth lol.
- My granola contains concentrated apple juice and rapeseed oil along with oats, nuts and seeds as well. I use Lizis granola. Is it considered healthy?
